What happens if you are unable to include my property advertisement in my chosen edition of New Home Worldwide Portfolio because the pages allocated are full after I have made payment? - We will contact you before publication to advise you that your advertisement cannot be included and you will be offered a full refund or alternatively the option to place your property in the next edition and to receive a 10% refund on your original payment.
What happens if there are currency exchange movements after I have made payment to you and before publication? - We will bear the risk and you will not be required to adjust your payment, once your payment has been made that is it.
Can I withdraw an advertisement after I have paid and, if so can I recover my payment? - If you withdraw a property a minimum of 28 days prior to the stated publication date you will receive a 50% refund of your original payment. After this date we regret that no refund will be payable.
Do you issue Value Added Tax receipts on UK bookings? - Yes, VAT is only applicable on bookings made from the UK.
If I wish to make changes to an advertisement that I have paid for and ahead of your publication date can I make these changes? - Yes, provided that any changes are received by us a minimum of 7 days prior to the stated publication date. After this date we regret that no changes can be made.
If I pay by bank transfer will I receive notification from you that you have received payment? - Yes, you will receive an email from us advising when your payment was received, and we will immediatly autorise your advertisment for publication.
Will you confirm that my advertisement will be included in my chosen edition(s) of New Home Worldwide Portfolio after I have made payment? - Yes, you will receive an email from us confirming in which edition(s) your advertisement will be published.
Will you accept advertisements from more than one real estate agent for the same property in a single edition of New Home Worldwide Portfolio? - Normally we will only accept one advertisement in each edition for the same property; however, we cannot accept any responsibility in the event that there are multiple entries.
If there are any difficulties in the production or publication of my advertisement which are not my responsibility, what is the policy of New Home Worldwide Portfolio? - Please refer to our standard terms and conditions, but in the event that there are production or publication difficulties you will be offered a full refund or alternatively the option to place your property in the next edition and receive a 10% refund on your original payment. (Please note that any refunds are entirely at the discretion of the publisher, Big Spark Publishing, whose decision will be final).
Will you offer a discount if I place repeat advertisements in multiple editions of New Home Worldwide Portfolio for the same property? - Yes, please contact us giving us your account login email and we can agree a specific rate.
Will I get a proof of my ad prior to going to print? - Yes our Production Department will send you a pdf copy via your email address.
If I pay by bank transfer will I receive notification from you that you have received payment? - Yes, you will receive an email from us advising when your payment was received, and we will immediatly autorise your advertisment for publication.
Will my company logo and contact details be displayed on the advertisement? - Yes, we will put your company details on all printed and electronic version of the magazine.
Why won't the system let me upload my images - We have set a minimum resolution against each image so that when the magazine goes to print images will be a minimum of 300dpi at the resquired sizes.
Is there a minimum number of words for the property description to go in the advertisement? - Yes, if you are putting the description in just English you will need to input a minimum of 180 words and maximum of 200. If you are doing English and another language then you need to input 90 words of English and 90 words of your native langauge.
What currency do I pay in? - Our systems are designed to take any currency, however when it reaches us it will be in Euros, thus you will need to pay the equivalent number of Euros in you native currency which is displayed by the system or automatically translated if you are maying by Debit or Credit card.
Do I need to create an account to advertise? - Yes this is the first step in the process, start by creating an account and then follow the step by step process to upload your advertisement. If you would like a bespoke advertisment, possibly on land advertising we can accept these for property and land, please contact us to discuss.
I have received a special rate on an email you sent me - will the system know this rate? - Yes our system will know when you create an account what rate you have been offered for your property advertisement - Non property advertisers please view the following media pack. N.B Rates are subject or currency fluctuations and the main currency pricing is in Euros.
In the email I received it discussed a branded version of the magazine with my company logo, how does this work? - All advertisers will automatically receive a branded electronic version of the magazine for their use which will look like this, however, for some partner organisations we can also offer printed versions of the magazine with corporate branding such as 'Coldwell Banker' for example.
How can I get printed versions with my logo on the cover and just my brands adverts inside? - If we have more than 50 property advertisements from any particular brand we will be able to offer you your company a branded bespoke version.
How many property adverts do you accept per page? - It is one property per page in order to keep a luxurious and stylish look. However for bulk bookings of several pages please contact us to discuss discount terms.
